Will the Rush caused advertiser rush away from right wing controversial radio expand far further?

Ah, I believe your "two" figure is, to be polite; way off.. Regardless of local or national, without enough of either or both, Rush and the other "talent" appear to have lost significant financial backing already..

Or maybe investors assumed Carbonite CARB +1.52% will suffer because it will no longer have access to Limbaugh’s audience.

Simply allowing individuals to choose not to listen to him is not good enough for them.". Really? Are you certain it isn't the free market in action, with advertisers deciding not to purchase certain radio "products" as they do not find these "products" will cost effectively maximize their sales? Don't forget that this isn't just "Rush". You DID read the whole question, right?

Considering that only two advertiser actually left Rush's show, and all the other supposed "defectors" were local level advertisers who just asked for their commercials to not be played during Rush's show, I highly doubt it.

Simply allowing individuals to choose not to listen to him is not good enough for them. Like a bad day on the stock market, things will recover. This is the essence of what happens in followership, not leadership.

In a nutshell no. Advertisers also want to advertise in markets where they can make money and there are listeners so they need to " go where the money is" ( like Willey Sutton said).

Rush will be just fine. Advertisers understand how large his listener base is.
