I have the effects of smoking Marijuana but I've never done it?
Every since I can remember I've had horrible memory, mild erectile disfunction, slowed reaction time, and lack of emotions. All of which are common side effects of smoking marijuana, but there's a catch. I've never done it before. I have been around it quite a few times but I've never done it personally. Why am I like this?

You say you have horrible memory, yet you have no misspelled words or improper sentence structure in your paragraph.
Are you comparing yourself to other people who seem to always be able to spout answers instantly, while you have to think really hard?
Mild erectile dysfunction - testosterone, see a doctor, unless you are under the age of 18.
Slowed reaction time - in what situations ? Baseball ? Driving ?
Lack of emotions - you just don't have the same emotions as others - today. Some people are over-emotional, or they intentionally create drama, they are like emotional vampires. You haven't met one yet that can affect you !

I don't think that erectile dysfunction is associated with the use of Cannabis.
You should make an appointment to discuss this with a doctor.
