Does this sound like a yeast infection or something else?

First off, I always experience itchiness. Its not bad, its random. My doctor said that itchiness is normal in women. Every part of the body itches sometimes. My sinuses caused my throat to get all pussy and gross. My doctor put me on antibiotics. I have been taking them for 2 or 3 days. I woke up this morning and I am itching and burning down there. The whole thing itches and burns. And the outer lips things are swollen. I am also having a discharge. Sometimes it looks like cottage cheese and sometimes it is kind of white and bubbly. What does this sound like? What can I do until I call my doctor to relieve it?
