I would like to do a background check on two individuals who have lived in the USA and Canada..?

Is there an easy and inexpensive(free?) way to do this?

Not in Canada, as that is restricted to POLICE officers only. Our Charter of Rights and Freedoms protects personal information, such as criminal records, tax returns, and employment records.

The Privacy Act has very strict regualtions about who can access personal information.

So the basic answer is no, you can't do that in Canada.

Canada. i love my freedoms, corruption is low, and we don´t stay with a consistent danger of terrorism. Too many convicted and criminals contained in the south (mainly in DC). non secular extremism of the U. S. is kinda scary too !
