Stinky cat a sign of an illness?

One of my three cats has always made smellier poop than the 2 others, but now lately he has started to fart a lot too. Seriously, I mean real stink bombs. They all eat the same food and I haven't changed their diet. He seems healthy and acts normal otherwise. What should I do?

    Sounds like bowels again. Take him to the vet.
