Why do people consider the Raptors as candidates for relocation?

This one stumps me.
Whenever a question comes up about teams that should relocate, Toronto's name is thrown around.
People make it seem like they have the worst attendance in the league.
However, the basic facts are that they have a decent attendance.
With their struggles the past couple years, they have not been in the top half in attendance, but they are still top 20.
Almost every year before they were in the top half. They even had several years in the top 10.

So why do people always mention them when relocation comes up?
Is it just because they are in Canada?

Because there are probably not many fans of the Raptors outside Canada and honestly it's just the odd team out being outside the U.S.

the common hockey traditionalist would not like maximum communities south of the Mason-Dixon line, yet their is a few places for hockey interior the South. l.  a. will by no skill lose their NHL team. whether Dallas would not help their team as much as Minnesota did, they nevertheless do respectable and the two the Florida communities look doing properly. Nashville is likewise thriving. they won't flow everywhere each time quickly.

The only reason why ppl say that is because most black prospects don't want to play in toronto because of its cold atmosphere. The tax in canada is also higher.

I never hear that.  It was the Kings for a while and now the Hornets.
