Is it true, once a c-section always a c-section?

Not necessarily but it is much safer to get another c-section if you’ve had one before. You can go with natural birth but it’s considered high risk. Also if you haven’t had a long time to heal before you get pregnant again there’s a very serious risk of tearing.

No. Doctors only do a c-section if it's mandatory (like baby can't come out of the birthing canal or some type of complication) otherwise it's normally always a natural birth.
