Thoughts on knicks win and carmelos shot.?

Hey, hey, great clutch shot by melo and a well deserved win. But the first thing that comes to mind when someone takes a three point shot in a tied game 10 seconds left is that player's ego. Unless you are wide open, i see no point in launching that ball behind the arc. The smart thing to do is either move the ball around and look for the open basket or go into isolation that melo loves to do and pullup from midrange. But his ego took over and his initiative was to pullup from the three point line. That tells me that he doesn't really care about the team, thinking about his glory if he happens to knock the dagger down, and that hes a player that acts on his selfish impulse. Now don't get me wrong, again, it was a great shot but if he happened to miss the three point shot, new york fans would be bashing at him left and right for not settling for a 2 point shot instead. Also a thing that is amusing to me is the fact that these new york fans are acting like they won a championship or something. The chicago bulls are clearly a better team and this is just a regular season game where players on the bulls are coming back from injuries. Just wait till playoffs. Round 1. Bulls vs knicks. lol

Update:

@pronfib, o my bad. Knicks were down 2 points but it still doesnt change the fact that he still shouldve went for the tie. Moral of the story, if he happened to miss the shot, NY fans would be complaining about how melo took a bad three point shot and not an easier 2.

Update 2:

@ THE GAME, i said he shouldbe either moved the ball around OR go into isolation and pullup from midrange, taking the easier shot. Taking that three shows that you're a impatient, selfish "one and done deal" kind of player.

    Melo had a nice shot

Lucky that Rose and Deng missed all the free throws at the end

No melo has to take those shots he shouldn't move the ball around with 10 seconds left. Well first the knicks have to make the playoffs before it can be bulls vs knicks first round. If you're a bulls fan you would rather face the bucks first round then the knicks. All his career melo has taken shots like this and has become the most clutch player in the league, the knicks want him to take shots like that because he hits them.

the knicks blew somebody out OMFG, the international rather is going to return to an end. Oh wait, you have been speaking approximately melo. Uh yeah um THE KNICKS certainly won OMFG. Sorry Melo purely isn't in all probability that significant right here.

He shot it because he can make it, haven't you seen Melo in the past? He's made much tougher shots for the win.

Yes, his ego drove him to take the shot, but he's carmelo f*king anthony, that's what he can do, he's clutch, unlike Derrick Rose.
