When I need to edit one of my answers, does the person who asked the question receive an e-mail...?

with the additional info? I am always curious to know if they actually see the added info. Thanks.

    No they do not which is sad because sometimes the asker does not check back and the edit could be something important. I always make a point of going back to check my answers when I post a question and I always check the comments box too...
