Do you know why George Zimmerman had a grin in his last mug shot?

Because he knows to regain his freedom (from a self-imposed house arrest) requires a judicial process that will either NOT indict him, - or end in a 'not guilty' verdict.

Prior to all this he was on the phone with prosecutors. It's not hard to figure out he worked out some kind of deal with them for him to come in. Even if he did, that doesn't make him guilty. He was right to be concerned when considering how the media had been trying to portray him and the youngster who was killed.

Well, from reading some of the answers and questions here today, some people think that the fact that he got "charged with 2nd degree murder" indicates that he has already been found guilty and sentenced.

Obviously we will have to wait and see what happened and yes, we will have to wait for the judicial process to take effect. It may take several months, if not years!
