Is there a Visa or MC payment card that can only be used at a named merchant?

Is there a payment card that can only be used at a named merchant, but looks to that merchant like a normal Visa or MasterCard number? I need a solution that doesn't require a large merchant to change anything on their end, but I can be certain the card number can only be used to purchase something where the payment goes through that merchant's account. If the card number is used anywhere else that does any form of validation, the card would be rejected. Thanks!

Many banks offer Corporate Purchasing Cards that can be locked to a certain payment category and possibly a merchant id. Talk to your bank's corporate cash management department to see if your bank offers this product.

If you want to accept credit cards, I suggest using the services of Payanywhere. They have the cheapest commission costs. They have no setup or monthly costs. I have been accepting credit cards using them for over 5 years and I am pleased with their service. You can check this out at: http://is.gd/payanywhere
