Same thing is happening to me as is happening to Mr Kenny. I'll notice that i got a BA when it comes up next to my avatar that i 'received 10 points' Then if i go and look back through my answers i can find the BA but i don;t actually get email notification of that BA for another week or two.

They aren't being stingy with points Wolf, you just aren't noticing when you really get them.

That hasn't happened yet to me. Although, a couple times, I've had my answer removed. I addressed it with Yahoo and they gave me the points earned. They didn't restore my answers though. I guess, its all about negotiating or compromising? LOL There have been some very weird glitches occurring on Yahoo's system for months now. Try contacting Yahoo.

As I don't check my points, I couldn't say. Although I've had a screen notification out of the blue for points for TU's on a BA from weeks ago. Too many glitches to keep up with at the moment !!

Were they old B/A's? I have been getting glitchy emails from Y!A...and some for B/A's I got weeks ago...and received points from them back then...

I experienced that once - got eMail for best answer then got violated...

Nowadays Y!A-Best-Answer-Notification has become glitchy...

Maybe you got 9 violations aswell?
