Universal Remote Codes for a Westinghouse TV...?

a few years ago I got a Westinghouse TV, and recently the 'Vol --' button hasn't been working....

I do have an older RCA RCU400 Universal Remote,

Does anyone know the 3 digit code for this remote that would get me volume control for the Westinghouse TV

Update:

I already have the Remote's owner's manual (perks of being a packrat) but the remote predates the TV...

    If the remote predates the TV, then there will not be a code for that make/model in its code database then. The most you could do is a code search.
