1998 Chevy Metro stalls?
I have a 1998 Chevy Metro, 3cyl, 5 speed. Car starts up with no problem, then while driving the road, the engine just quits running. It will start up with no problem, just stalls and quits running. Has new timing belt, new AC, new Water Pump, new battery, new plugs. Do you thinh it may be the fuel filter? Has 186,000 miles on it.

Have you ever changed the fuel filter? If not then yes it could be a bit of a problem. There could be other problems but you'd have to go through the fuel system and such one step at a time to find the possible cause.
