Do organ donors arrive in heaven with their body parts missing?
I see people that say that Jesus was resurrected with the gaping wounds, and I wonder if their thinking means those taken to heaven after they die and have had their organs given to others are missing them in heaven. How about the man that donated his face? Does the claim that Jesus was bodily resurrected give this chance of being true for others?
(1 Corinthians 15:42-44) 42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption, it is raised up in incorruption. 43 It is sown in dishonor, it is raised up in glory. It is sown in weakness, it is raised up in power. 44 It is sown a physical body, it is raised up a spiritual body. If there is a physical body, there is also a spiritual one. . .
Wait a minute, Warrior
Those that claim Jesus got his old body back, the one with the holes, is a pattern for the resurrection. By that thinking, you get the whole package, not just part of you. Wouldn't that seem to be a problem with your statement? Remember Jesus said we had to love God "whole souled" and that includes the body.

However, this I say, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit God’s kingdom, neither does corruption inherit incorruption. 51 Look! I tell YOU a sacred secret: We shall not all fall asleep [in death], but we shall all be changed, 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, during the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised up incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
1 Corinthians 15:50-52
This, of course, applies to those chosen to serve in Heaven with Jesus. Jehovah God chooses who they are, not man.
Regarding the organs. Once they are removed before or after death they are gone. Tonsils and liver can regenerate if enough is left and the remainder is healthy. Tonsil tags are no longer left but at least 1/4 or more of the liver must remain if that is even an option for a surgeon. When we die what is left of our body is buried or cremated.

I can't accept that--James would be walking around with no head
(1 Corinthians 15:42-44) --says it all-it is raised a spiritual body-not of flesh and Bones (which brings up another question why do we have all these bones still here if the physical body goes to heaven)

Those who are resurrected to heaven won't miss any body parts .. they will be (are) spiritual beings.
Those who will be resurrected to an earthly hope will not be missing any body parts. Their physical bodies won't be the ones they died with. Would a loving God bring a person back with any deformity .. no.

I believe the scriptures mention "Spiritual body". So I guess the answer is, no nothings missing that they need.

body stays here, soul goes alone

No, we will have glorified bodies in heaven. Those with amputated limbs, missing organs, etc. will be made whole. Otherwise everyone would arrive in heaven decayed as in the tomb. Bodies maimed in war would be like that in heaven and those blown up in car accidents would stay that way. No, we will be glorified in heaven and not be burdened by wounds and decay. Our physical bodies will still be physical but different and transformed. I think Jesus appeared with his wound for a reason. Thomas would not believe until he stuck his hand in his wound and then believed he actually resurrected.

Umm...
I think that the view generally held is that you arrive in heaven without any part of your body - so why would it matter if parts have been removed?
Of course, if heaven and hell do exist (against all odds), as an atheists I'm apparently going to hell anyway - and as it doesn't seem like you really need to look your best there I don't see why I should care!

No, God grows them a new organ using stem cells harvested from fetuses.
