Has anyone got William the Conquerer lineage linked up to King Egbert of Wessex.?
I have William the Conquerer in my lines plus King Egbert of Wessex, but I can't link up the two. Has anyone done that??? If I could link those two up...it would help to link up my 60,000 people database.....I would share info with anyone that could help me.

"but I can't link up the two" maybe because they are NOT RELATED and the name of the game is to have your researched cited ancestors, not how many people in a tree or 'linking people who are not related' as I am sure you have done numerous times as you claim William the Conquerer .........I would love to see what you think are cited records for that one, from say 1750 back to 1086....that is some time to span to get the cited records required for connection.............

How do you mean hook them up? They weren't related. Do you seriously have 60,000 names in your tree? How long have you been researching?
