I'm not sure exactly what is available on Netflix, but I think from the description you'd really like the Walking Dead. It's a lil different just because its more sci fi, but Sarah Wayne Callies from Prison Break is in it and she's great, the show really makes you think! I also really enjoyed True Blood, it has a lot of action, sex, suprises and you sound like you like HBO a lot so I highly reccomend it! I think you'd like Mad Men as well :)
