How can I control my hunger?

I have started eating one meal a day, and obviously since I'm pretty much just starting out, I get hungry. Now I do not want anyone saying, "Oh, that's so unhealthy, you really just need to eat 4-6 meals a day to give your body what it wants and blah blah blah". Look, I understand it's not all that healthy, but I have done a LOT of research on this, and I can do it and be just fine. I just need a way to control myself when I get a bit hungry in the morning. I get up at 7:30am and don't go to bed until about 11pm-12pm. So I need something to help me control this so I won't binge eat.
