Why do people buy designer items?
Yahoo Answers is littered with people who've apparently bought a designer item (GUCCI or LOUIS VUITTON) off the internet and then start asking questions on here because they're worried they've bought a fake!
Why do they do that???

They buy designer items to have something to brag about, to make them think they're cool and rich. I personally think some designer items are horrible.

It's because they are show offs
And because they've paid soo much for the item
With the name on, it might be fake bad quality, and it's probably not even Gucci it's something like
Glucci
I personally think high street is so much better
Designer stuff is fogey and for old people
