WHY AM I LOSING WEIGHT HELP HELPP PLEASE I SO SCARED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 10 PTS PLEASE?

Im 14 and almost 15 in 3 weeks. i used to weigh like 127-130. i deceded to randomly weigh myself yesterday and i was 124 and then i weighed after i ate and i was 125 and this morning just after i ate a big breakfast i was 123. Alot of people have been saying i lost weight and i look good but i odnt know how i am losing weight. I eat when i want too. I dont always eat lunch at school. And sometimes if there is nothing to eat then i dont eat dinner if i dont feel like it for the past 3 months and sometimes i dont eat breakfast if i dont have time because i have to catch the bus but i drink like tea in the morning. I also do rotc which every friday we have physical education like running and playing sports. sometiems i will just eat a bag of chips or a hot pocket for lunch but most of the time i dont eat lunch. i skip meals if there is nothing to eat. if im hungry but dont feel like cooking i just eat like little small snacks like half a muffin.

What do you think is wrong with me , is it because i dont have a stable eating plan and i just eat whenever i want to??

oh and i also have been pooping alot like everyday and i usually poop every 3 days and i have been having alot of gas farting. Sorry tmi

    You are still within your normal weight so don't worry at this point. Also it's better to poop every day than every 3 days. Again your body seems to be normalizing. Not to worry.....

    I think you're losing weight because you aren't eating all of your meals and you're often participating in some form of physical activity. You should eat all of your meals and make sure you have all of the necessary nutrients in them. Also, have a more regular exercise plan and you should stay healthy. I don't think it's any need to worry, seeing as you're a growing teenager. Your weight will fluctuate.

    well, maybe its cuz of rotc, ummm..or maybe its cuz u dont eat if theres nothing to eat...isnt it a good thing to lose weight?

    give your dog a bath instead of paying someone else to do it

    wear comfortable shoes or keep flats under your desk so you walk more

    walk around your home yard or neighborhood while on the phone
