Luxor buffet: The Worst in Vegas?

Wynn is the best, then Bellagio. Spice Market is pretty good. But the rest are pretty hit and miss. Luxor looked bad, never been but the layout is nice, but they should really add more to it. It almost looks like there are less choices than there really are because of how large and open the layout is. But I'd rather have a buffet look old with a poor layout with good food than a buffet that looks great but has bad food.

Sahara was bad a few years before it closed. I think they serve pink slime meats at the buffets. They give out lots of comps to the buffets, so the food quality does probably go downhill. Never been to Luxor buffet. Circus Circus years ago was very gross and probably the worst! I heard it got better. Doubt it!

I have not eaten there, I didn't even know the Luxor even had a buffet but it looks like the worst I have ever seen. I'm not a fan of buffets. But I do enjoy the Mandalay Bay buffet. I think it is better than Bellagio's. Next time just walk across.

Next door to you is the Excalibur. Their buffet is worse in terms of selection, quality and atmosphere.

The other hotel for kids, Circus Circus, has a similar reputation.
