Yes its ok. Because sleeping pill will make you sleep well, it has nothing to do with laxative!

ROFL!! Years ago, my Sis thought she was reaching into the bedside table for chocolate. She ate several pieces, rolled over and went to sleep. The rest of the night was spent in the loo. I don't recommend it!! LOL
