When you could start your life over at any given time from your birth to now, to what age would you return to?

You could keep what you know, but the farther back you go, the more knowledge goes missing.
What would you do differently?

For example, I would go back 14 years to when I was 14 and start over from there with half my knowledge from now, trying to be good at school and do s.th. with my life.

I'd go back to 4 or 5 only to join a Gymnastics class
because I have a very stretchable supple body,and I didn't take any advantage of that! actually my parents didn't!
I know they were going through specific circumstances ,but still wish I could do that,it's too late now!
the doctor told me I was made for that but now it's too late! :(

thats hard :/ maybe just back to the start of this year, so i could make a better beginning, im scared to go further because i dont know what might change if i did decide to rebuild my life again from a younger age.
