RHH: The Art of Dying or The Balancing Act?

Which Sadisik album did you like more. Art of Dying doesn't have many songs but they are all pretty long.

Bq - what do you think of Sadistik as an artist?

Bq2- who's an underground mc that you could see blowing up big in the future?

Like The Co_oL said, The Balancing Act is pretty much a modern classic. The production and lyrics are straight fire and most, if not all, of the songs are beautifully revealing and deep. The Art of Dying is dope and the production is also great, but it isn't as coherent as TBA and it's a little more angry rather than personal imo.

BQ: He's my favorite rapper, and he knows how to appreciate excellent production.

BQ2: Papoose never really blew up despite how long he's been in the game, although Kay Slay's been showing him some love on the radio lately.

I agree with The_Cool, the production on The Balancing Act really pushes it ahead. I liked both, Sadistik wasn't really better on one over the other.

BQ: I really enjoy his music when I'm in the mood for some deep sh*t, I prefer him over artists like Sage Francis in the same kind of category

BQ2: Action Bronson, he's not exactly underground anymore but I can see him getting a real lot of attention in the near future

The Art of Dying was good but The Balancing Act is a classic for me. Emancipator's production on that album was incredible.

BQ: I have to be in the mood to listen to that kind of "emo rap" but he's probably my favourite one in that field and he's a great rapper overall.

BQ2: Ab-Soul. I don't even know if he's still underground enough to be considered underground but I can see him getting the same level of exposure as K.Dot very soon with his new album coming out and I could see Black Hippy taking over the rap game after young money fade away in a few years.

I've only heard The Balancing Act, which I thought was okay. I had to curve my tastes a little to really enjoy it to some degree.

BQ: Like I said, not a big fan.

    BQ2: I don't know.
