Looking for a Proxy for my Windows 7 surfing, without giving my IP address to everyone, like on IRP..

    ^List of proxy sites but to be honest, if you're gonna look up porn on your proxy, it's probably gonna be really freaking slow. My suggestion is to use tor.

    Neither the proxy sites or tor are 100% anonymous or safe but they will work. Tor is typically faster too. And don't go on email or pay-pal while using a proxy or tor because anyone can set up a proxy and nothing is stopping them from sniffing your information. Although, email and paypal or https (secure) so it should be fine.
