Are there any toolbars that show icons of websites which I can just click to when I get on?
a browser? Like something that is under my address bar that goes straight across, with website icons of websites I like to go on? I've seen it before, I just am not sure of what it's called.

speed dialog or bookmarks bar?
Speed dialog is a page listing all shortcuts(preview buttons) l to pages
Bookmarks bar is arranged with all favicons to the pages.
Above features are both available in avant browser, but other browsers should as well offer the same features.

opera is extremely fast has a large library of short cuts,icons, including multiple downloads at speed from youtube, is the most featured with most options seen on a browser:)
