Travel to Philippines?

When is the best time to visit Philippines? Any activities suggestion for 4 days 3 nights stay?

    Boracay, Bataan, n Manila. I haven't been there in awhile but I remember loving going to the beach, and rivers. Bataan has this monument and manila has lots of cool shopping centers.

    I heard it is becoming more modern so there are more conveniences :)

    Best time are summer months, March-May or November-December
