Will a baby turtle survive without uvb for 7 months?

Would it be too late to get uvb for a turtle that has gone without it for 7 months? Pastel red eared slider?

    Nope, it's not too late! When I got my turtle, I didn't know he needed a UV light either, and he did okay, but since I've gotten him one he's become much more active.

    Red ears are pond turtles, so I'd imagine it could, depending on the age. However heat lamps don't cost too much, so it's better safe than sorry.

    That's quite a long while, unless you want to take your turtle outside every day for him to get what he needs, you could end up with soft shell problems, retained scutes, and ect.

    I belive so , just put it outside when the suns out so it could bask naturally
