Drastically Increase the portions of food you eat (Have all of this at specific SPECIFIC hours at the same exact times daily(e.g. 6am,9am,12pm,3pm,6pm) and measure out twice the amount you eat in water.
Have more snacks, Less heavy meals and oily foods, watch your glucose sugar intake (Take in natural sugars if needed) Increase salt intake. Eat the smallest portions at dinner which should be 4-6 pm. Dont eat before sleeping. Stay Active and do Bicycling and Crossfit. Stay off the couch!!! even if that means spending 5 minutes to go kick around dirt or throw stones into your local pond down the street. Adjust your sleep patterns so you get full amounts of sleep (do not oversleep) stay away from indoors dawn till dusk!!!

Well depending on your age i'd suggest eating 1400 to 1500 calories a day. You shouldn't be eating any type of junk food, especially foods high in sugar. To maximize effectiveness, eat 5 meals a day, eat 300 calories. This will allow your metabolism to burn fat easily. For carbs, eat whole grains and such. Lean meats are very good for protein. You can get fats in almost every food, make sure there healthy fats though, like fats from peanut butter. Anyways there is a large variety of foods for you to eat on a diet, so pick what you'd like. Also vegetables should be most of your calories.

Greek yogurt is good too :) and add more fruits, watermelon isn't that great (it's healthy but you'll get tired of it, i mean.) Try mangoes, strawberries, apples, bananas, kiwi, any fruit should be fine really. :) Keep variety in your diet, try different chicken recipes and different types of salad so you don't get bored and end up giving up on the diet. :) Good luck!
