Are National Public Radio and AARP Radio affiliated?

Wish to find out for Program Director of Community Radio, KEOM, Mesquite, Texas. Seems one station is allowed a current play list (AARP), but KEOM is not. Question came up to see if AARP affiliation. Serious answers only, please.

Lady Keaton's response did not answer the question. I know the Program Director of KEOM. Need to find out if there is a NPR/AARP radio affiliation. Question asked by Program Director of KEOM out loud. Trying to assist with answer. Thank you for Answer.
