if panhandling when you are on a low income means you do not starve to death then why should panhandling be im?
If ssdi means you are making too much less in order to compensate for all the money u spend on food, clothes, taxis, public transit then why should panhandling be against the law if you are not doing a crime like rape theft and murder? Or those illegal too? cause it seems as if they are legal.

99% of panhandlers are within 400ft of a liquor store. They are starving, but not for food.
Seriously. In every place their are lots of homeless people, their are lots of places to get free food. But not free booze, or drugs.
