iPhone 4 is connected to itunes but isn't charging?
Last night I noticed that my phone would disconnect and reconnect with my computer, than it connects and with itunes but a popup on the phone says "charging is not supported with this accessory." So I tried to upgrade the firmware to the newest, which is 5.1.1, which I've neglected to do since I'm not having a big problem with the stuff it's upgrading. Anyway, I upgraded and the same stuff is occurring.

when you charge make sure you wire is connected to via usb and iphone and it will charge. if the problem is still happening goto a store like best buy and tell them whats happening and they could take a look at your iphone or buy a new wire. that is mostly the problem for some people because the wire breaks really easily. you can buy the wire at any eletronic store and it costs at a max of 2 dollers
by the way you dont need itunes to charge your iphone just plug it in pc and it will charge
