Where can I get replacement batteries for the Sony Cybershot DSC-HX100V camera?

Around Christmas I bought a Sony Cybershot Model DSC-HX100V camera and I bought a replacement battery for it at Best Buy. The store clerk told me that Sony's own replacement batteries wouldn't fit in the camera and that the generic one did. Well, I tested the generic on and it doesn't fit either. Does anyone know of a store where I can find a back-up battery to fit my camera or have suggestions? The battery is a Sony NP-FH50 battery. I looked on Sony's website and couldn't find where they sold batteries there. The generic is too thick to fit.

Update:

I think Best Buy sold me a replacement for a Sony NP-FV50 instead of an NP-FH50 according to what's written in small print on the battery. The NP-FV50 is slightly thicker than the NP-FH50 and will not fit.

Update 2:

I'm trying to insert the battery right and I know about the blue switch that you have to push around. I can take out and put in the original battery NP-FH50 with no problems whatsoever.

If the battery you've got is NP-FH50 compatible it will fit, as will the official battery - there's no difference between the aftermarket genuine battery and the one supplied with your camera. You do Have to make sure you are inserting the battery the correct way around, and possibly push a small blue spring loaded catch out of the way, but it will fit.

The only issue you may have is if the camera recognises that the after market battery is not genuine, in which case the camera may decide not to work!

Believe me the battery will fit!
