Is it normal to feel really warm and feel like a buzz from just one sip of alcohol?
Or am I just really light weight?

That is normal of course. Its just the blood vessels close to the skin surface giving off heat from the blood as they dilate. I get the feeling from just a shot or drink all the time.

1.) It all depends on if you ate or have an empty stomach.
2.) What kind of alcohol.
I hadn't ate all day and had 1 wine cooler and felt like I drank a whole 6 pack. If you don't like the feeling of being buzzed, eat some bread. It'll absorb the alcohol. :)

Yes it can, particularly if it is warmed or at room temperature. For many drinks I think they are spoiled with ice, or chilled.
