Is it right to say: (SINCE three years AGO) instead of: (for three years) in a present perfect sentence?

    No - "since three years ago" isn't correct English.

    "For three years" or "since (date)" would be fine.

    Nope ... u can say "Since 2009" or u can say "For 3 years"
