Is it right to say: (SINCE three years AGO) instead of: (for three years) in a present perfect sentence?

no it isnt correct to say that.
three years ago is what u would say...
EG: how long have you lived here ? i have lived here three years.
you could add since after the sentence to identify a point....
since i left my old address..
since i changed my job so i had to relocate

In English, if you want to use SINCE for past time, you must specify the date. E.g.: "I have been a part-time worker since 2009" or "I have been a part-time worker for three years". "Since last week the weather has become cooler". It is NOT correct to say: "I have been a part-time worker since three years".
