How do you transpose music from concert pitch (C) into Bb?

I'm trying to arrange a piece of music from concert pitch into B flat. How would one go about doing so?

For beginners, you can transpose music note-by-note 1 full tone down. It's tedious.

if you play by ear. it's practically lowering all notes due whole step. if you want i to go in notation. here is a picture of the notation for a Bb scale. http://www.google.com.ph/imgres?q=Bb+scale&um=1&hl...

be aware than on a C major scale, there are no sharps and flats on the right side of the clef. try playing a few measures of the original piece in whole step lower. then write it down. compare it too the original sheet. and you would see the pattern then you won't need to play it all then write it then. you'll just write. that's basically it.

Its very tedious ... but get heaps of blank manuscript.

in trebclef, sig 2 flats (Bb & Eb), rewrite everything down one full tone. (Chords too, if it is going to be read by a guitar or other C support / rhythm instruments).
