Can you get pregnant while using a condom and still pulling out?

I am usually really careful when having sexual intercourse. My boyfriend always really careful. he uses a condom and still pulls out even though he has a condom. This last time we had sexual intercourse the condom accidentaly came off but he hadent even came. The condom was half way in and he pulled it out immidiately. i went to the restroom and cleaned myself up. Now its been a week or so and i feel like kind off dizzy. a dizzyness i have never felt before. I just want to know the possibilities of me being pregnant. and if it helps, when ever we do it, after coming, he urinates and cleans himself up. Hes always very careful. Please advice. Please.
