Nintendo DS Emulator?

I am looking for the most reliable Nintendo DS Emulator for my PC. I have used No$GBA in the past, but I've found it too unreliable and unstable. Ideally, I'd like an emulator as refined and reliable as the VBA is for GBA games. What options do I have, and where (if possible) can I download this emulator? Thanks.

DeSmuMe is probably the best. It is slower than No$GBA, but much more reliable. The games crash less on it too.

DeSmuME is the best, you can download it from here:

Remember that DS emulation is still in it's early stages, so most games will run quite slow.
