How to store a flat screen TV?

Need to store our flat screen plasma TV for 6mos-----prolly in a storage unit in South Texas. Yes the temps inside will be plenty hot. Climate controlled is not really an option.

    I would cover it good with bubble wrap, tape it, store it. A blanket and quilt wrapping would also work. It should be fine.
