Harry Potter got hit by a train and walked into the light with his family. The very last scene is the woman in black looking directly into the camera.
I believe the director was implying that she had a stroke.

Im Not Totally Sure Why She Went After Him And His Son, But At The End, The Man Goes To The Train Station, Where He Is Re-United With His Son, And Maid. Sadly, His Son Saw The Woman In Black, And Walks Right Infront of A Moving Train. His Father Tries To Save Him, But They Were Both Hit. Then They Are Re-United With His Wife.

The Woman in Black can never forgive anyone for what happened to her. Even though her son was given back to her, they can never truly be together in life again, so she continues to seek revenge and break happy families apart. It's a jealousy thing.

ok
People overlook that the woman in black was deemed mentally unfit to look after her son when she was alive. Her sister stepped in and the woman convinced herself that she was being betrayed by her whole family, but the final straw was when her son died and her sister did nothing to save him. The woman says she will never forgive
At the station Arthur meets his son and the nanny and introduces them to his friend Sam. While he is talking with Sam, the son sees the woman in black and walks towards the train tracks. 2 ways to look at this:
1. The woman in black realised Arthur loved his son like she loved hers and so she knew he would save him. She also knew Arthur had lost a loved one like she had so her gift to them was to reunite them with his wife, but they both needed to die in order for this to happen.
2. The woman in black states many times she will never forgive. Arthur intruded into her home and rummaged through her personal belongings, reading things that were private, and also he'd seen the woman in black so whenever the woman in black is seen a child dies. This happened to be his son.
I prefer the first one.
Hope to have helped

She went after him still because she was evil. BUT she did not collect their souls like she did all the other children. That's why he and his son were able to walk off with his wife at the end. They weren't trapped in the house like the other dead kids.
