Will this help me get in shape for soccer and cheer?

I want to get back in shape to play soccer and get in better shape for cheerleading. Is this going to help me with my goal? Are there exersices that will help me more?

Workouts that I've started doing daily-

Run for 1 hour

2 mins of crunches

10 pushups

20 wall push ups

2 mins of sit ups

1 min plank

1 min side planks

Front lunges(10 each leg)

Side lunges(10 each leg)

Plank leg lifts(16 each leg)

20 squats

30 tuck jumps

5 mins of juming side to side of a soccer ball

5 mins of jumping over soccer cones(or any other reasonably sized thing)

2 mins of leg lifts

20 over head toe reaches

I know seems like alot haha anyway please and thank you :)

    Yes!:). That will help and don't forget to eat healthy too and you will be very fit.

    look up soccer exercises on google.. you can probably find exercises that they do in order to get ready for games.
