Is my appetite healthy?
I'm 16 and this is a basic eating day for me-
Breakfast: 1 package of microwave quakers oatmeal with a glass of silk fruit&protien shake drink
Lunch: half a sandwhich
Dinner: a medium sized plate of what my parents made for dinner.
I also do alot of exercising and drink water throught the day, i'll say about by the end of the day I drink close to 5 bottles of water. I don't think this is healthy but I get full quick and that seems to be about all I can eat even though I'm a very active with working out and practicing soccer and cheer daily.
Is my appetite healthy or not? Why is my appetite so small compared to all my family and friends?

As long as you are eating 3 meals a day then you shouldn't be worried. Some people just have less of an appetite or a smaller stomach. Since you exercise a lot, you should try and eat a snack in between each meal so your body has enough calories to perform its normal body functions.
