It is very obvious that he knows nothing about Cuba, and I suspect he has created multiple accounts to vote for his own answers, because no one with an IQ of 4 would place any value on the nonsense he offers up on this forum. I don't even bother anymore. Between this guy, grouper, and umbrella travel, this has become an EXTREMELY unreliable source of information for travel to Cuba.
