He probably can depending on the amount of time he plays. If he gets a good 8 hours or more in one day he should be able too.

Well I suppose it's possible for an overly dedicated player. Though it's a rather small amount to accept as a reward for sacrificing that much time to the computer, so if he manages it I wouldn't really worry too much about the loss of twenty bucks.
