Self control help please?

Im 16 and ive been trying to lose weight, gain muscle, and tone my body. Im doing pretty decent but the problem is conolies. Conolies and carbs like pasta, bread, cereal, etc. anyone have tips/ways for me to control myself with these?

    OHHH MAN.. There's nothing you can do. I know the feeling, I get it everyday. But hey did you know that you should eat simple carbohydrates in the morning and right after your workout, this is to replenish glycogen levels. You can't really gain wight from eating simple carbs at these moments cause your body absorbs eveything for energy!

    I love them! Carbs are highly addictive. I'd go on a low carb diet and forget about canolies.

    no way untill n unless u dnt decide to do the same ..what u actually want.. u must do some yoga practices..!
