Is there anything I can do for bloating and gas?

This is very uncomfortable, is there something you can recommend that I can get over the counter or a home remedy?

    Things like Wind-eze you can buy over the counter or anything that has the drug simeticone in in, including Infacol drops (the ones you give to babies for colic) can help to break up the excess gas bubbles.
