Spelling Problems - Can you help?

Why is it that when I am typing an answer to a question, a little tool tip pops up and says I have (x) number of spelling errors? The number of errors it cites is usually greater than the number of words in my answer.

    "The beatings will continue until morale improves."

    It's a psychological mind control that tries to convince us we are error-filled morons so they can take control easier.

    Don't fall for it- just correct the red-underlined words.

    Yeah, it's a bug that just needs fixing. It's been happening to pretty much everybody on Y.A. Just ignore it.

    right click on one of the spelling errors and click learn spelling
