Why do Christians eat the body and drink the blood of Jesus?

Isn't it an act cannibalism?

    I certainly stuggle with the entire idea of eating and drinking the blood of someone I am meant to love???

    I think Catholics believe that they are literally eaten and drinking Jesus (?) ...that's why the wafer has to dissolve in the mouth rather than be chewed because that would mean breaking Christ's body.

    It is symbolic. Although I do not do those things. They are ridiculous rituals created by fanatics.

    consider we eat crackers and drink grape juice (generally), no. canniblism involves eating skin. if you are going to spread lies, atleast know what you are talking about.
