My cat is an indoor cat, BUT he keeps licking and biting his 2 front legs.. Does he have fleas?

I gave him a bath with flea shampoo yesterday and checked for fleas, none seen. We did have a bunch of fruit flies a few weeks ago, but remedied that too. I need some professional help please and thanks.

So you're saying I CAN drink new/sealed Gatorade that has been expired in April.

    Correct?

Answer: Take him to the vet

Cat flea shampoos do not work. Try Advantage for cats and if the cat has fleas they will be gone. Never use over the counter flea drops as they can cause serious illness or death to cats. The biting could be a food allergy or even an allergy from the carpets. Don't feed any cat food with chicken or wheat and see if eliminating these will help. It could also be from nervousness Try feeding a good canned cat food.Have the vet check your cat to determine if the cat has dermatitis or any other problems.

He could, if he is really going at it, then probably. If he is an anxious cat, his anxiety could be causing it. He could just be doing it as a bad habit, in which case scold him when he does it, and stop him from doing it. Licking is also bad, it stops the wound from healing, so stop that too.
